quick question

ok im going to get some tires right now but i gotta go look for some around but what i wanted to know is a good size for the civic si's alloy rims from the 99-00 i know i already asked but they said to many diffrent sizes i need only one size that will fit perfect

The wheels are 15x6.5 I believe, so I'd say 195/45/R15 or 195/50/R15 and they wont rub for sure. 205/50/R15 would be a little better for performance, but they might rub on hardcore cornering.

why would 205/50r15 be better for performance

I run 205/50/15 r compound Kumho V710s and those are wide ass tires for their size. I have a 38mm offset wheel.
