You probably don't want offset on a FWD car. It'll feel awfully weird.

But just out of curiosity, I'll bite:
Why offset? What do you hope to gain by getting wheels with offset?

i would like offset because im racing a 91 si crx on a cirlce track... offset=fastertimes on a oval

Wow, I'm impressed. I wasn't expecting you to actually have an idea as to why you'd want offset. *edit* super-repped.

Diamondracing is your best bet, if they have to be steel. You can get any size you want, in any bolt pattern you want, and their prices are pretty reasonable.

You won't find any stock wheels with offset, but you could always install stronger/longer wheelstuds and spacers with whatever width Honda wheels you want.

Personally, I'd bite the bullet and go with serious traction:
15x9 6UL Silver - 1596UL36S

They're alu, but they're wide as hell and come in +36 offset. Roll/cut your fenders and they'll work fine.
