Ridgeline power window glitch

The drivers side auto up/down power window feature isn't working so I want to take of the interior panel to look at the wiring. I don't want to cause any damage to the door. Is there a right way to do this? Any info or diagram is appreciated.

was the battery disconnected because if it was it lost its memory. put the window in the up position, hold the button down till the window reaches the bottom immediately hold it up till the window is up all the way and i believe your problem is solved let me know.

I think you have to hold it a couple seconds after it gets all the way up.
