Alright all, figured I'd give you an update. Here's what I ended up doing.

1) Energy Suspension Master Bushing kit in Black, with all extra bushings not included in kit
2) Tein Basic Coilovers, now about 2.5 finger wheel gap in front, 2 in back, probably going a bit lower in the spring.
3) DC Sports 4-2-1 Ceramic Coated Header w/2.5" Collector (got a great deal, and it's what I already had. Quality is great and I'm pleased despite other reviews. Will be replacing it with RMF or Hytech down the road so it's irrelevant anyway)
4) KTeller 2.5" Mandrel Bent Piping
5) Magnaflow 22" bodied resonator
6) Thermal R&D Dual Tip Muffler, 2.5" in, dual 2" out

I'll throw some pics and vids up soon, the exhaust sounds amazing. Deep, not raspy at all, and has a nice rumble and pop while the motor winds down in gear.

So now for next year... I have about $4,000 burning a hole in my pocket (Thank you promotions for both my wife and I). Are we ready to give real suggestions, because here's what I'm thinking.

1) JDM H22a1 (97K miles on mine, and I figure for $999+shipping from HMotorsOnline, it wouldn't hurt to drop a lower mileage motor in there and get an extra 10 Horsepower and slightly higher compression.
2) Hondata S300 w/P72 (that's GS-R ecu correct?)
3) Wideband o2 Sensor
4) Cam Gears (deciding on brand, Probably going with Brian Crower top and bottom ends, so most likely Brian Crower)
5) Tires - Here I need suggestions for something that is going to fit the stock wheels. I've researched online and it doesn't seem like they make much. What tire sizes will fit the stock wheels? I know I can go slightly wider and with a lower profile which may open up options. Car rarely drives in the rain even, so I wouldn't be opposed to some ultrahigh performance dry traction tires.
6) NSX Brake Caliper Conversion in front, EBC Acura Legend GS cross drilled and slotted rotors front, same in the prelude variety in the back, and EBC Red Stuff pads front and back.
7) Dual guage pod for Wideband O2 and oil pressure gauges.

Suggestions? Comments? I have a $2000 slush fund right now looking for great deals.

Already the plan, but thanks for the input. I think I'm going to get the S300, wideband, tune, tires, and a few cosmetic bits like an Accord Type-R front lip and CF Hood w/latches. Hondata Intake Manifold gasket worth it? I've seen dyno charts that claim power gains, but $80 seems like a bit much for a gasket... any input? Not looking for a huge gain, but it's something I can do NOW that will make SOME power.

About $5,000 including parts I threw my friend for the install (12psi wastegate, Invidia 3" Downpipe, and 3" Test Pipe for his RB25DET 240SX), an alarm that hasn't been installed yet (soon), and my Dyno Tune @ Suja1. I had other bits and pieces though per my previous post including axles and lbjs which ate up some labor and cost.

I'm a fuel fitting away from starting it.... c'mon usps....

260whp through a prelude chassis is a good bit of power. I have about 15k into my setup and just spent another 4k on ITB's and a Team 4Piston head.

if you have stuff burning in your pocket, save it.
