Aftermarket Cat--Catco or Carsound?

My cat started rattling something fierce ever since they put a new speedbump in at my work and neglected to mention that they were doing so...
I threw a CEL code P0420....3-Way Cat. Conv. efficiency below threshold...
So now I am looking into replacing it.
The carsound and the catco are both around the same price, they are both ceramic.
I can't find any Random Tech. Cats...and I can't find the catco or carsound that isn't ceramic. So, for the money, I'm going to stick with one of the cheap ones, I believe they both carry a 5 year warranty.
I was leaning more towards the catco because it has a 14" length and I believe the factory cat is about 13 5/8", while the carsound is 13"...meaning more time spent welding an extension onto one side.
I have a test pipe kicking around my house somewhere, but I can't seem to locate it for the life of me...I would put it on just for now to make sure it's the main cause of my frustration.

Oh...getting back to my question...has anyone used either of these cats, and what say ye about them?

i've used a carsound on my honda and have no complaints. didn't feel any loss of power from a test pipe, and sounded 1,000x better.

any idea what that would run and where I can get ahold of one? The universals are about $65 shipped, would cost me about $20 for the flanges/gaskets/bolts to customize it...
