hey guys, new here,im lookin at buyin a prelude,i dont know what year to get,any help would be great on which year to get.also would also like some help on how to make it fast,in new to this so,im tryin to learn all i can thanks
Or you can go 4th gen 94-96 VTEC Preludes. Hard to find those years in VTEC though. 94-95 OBD1 is easier to tune than 96-up OBDII's. The 5th gens all come with H22's though. Take your pick.
i really like the 97-2001(i think 2001 is the last year they made them right?)i have a friend that has a prelude, its the 94 year i belive, very fast,he use to have a 95 model, turbo on it,and i just love the sound of these cars,im also gettin one o gas too,i have a 94 chevy sittin on 35s,and gas is killin me right now
I have a 99' and love it. I'm not really sure about the older ones, but i can say the 5th gens are great. I think it just really depends on what you like and what you plan to do to it.
Mods: Prelude:aem intake, mugen racing header, omx racing shift knob/ Sol:stock 96si shit knob :-) short ram air intake, header, hondata engine management (not installed waiting for boost) Strut tower, racing hoses, 4 point harnessed seats, msd ignition
4th gens are the best! 97s are pretty sexy though too heres a video for u that i thought was pretty well done, i bet most of u guys have already seen it
