Rubbing with C2's

I'm experiencing a little rubbing when I hit a bump. I was wondering if it was normal with my setup. Rubbing in the tires.

H&R Sport Springs
Stock Shocks
17" RH C2's wrapped with 215/40/r17

Thanks.

Also, I didn't cut the rear bumpstops even when recommended by H&R. I read that it wasn't necessary. Could this be the problem. Also, the rubbing isn't all the time, but only when I hit a pretty big bump. But when there's 4 ppl in the car, it rubs on every little bump. I have 22k miles on my stock shocks.

My fault I must have missed it..Jus glanced at the post real quick.

Wow on 17 an 40 series tires and 22k on the stock shocks. I'm not quite sure why it would be rubbin then. I know H&R sport springs give about a 1.7 drop right. It might be that the shocks may have given out due to the presure of the springs. But thats my opinion.

Crap. I was afraid of that. I thought that the stock shocks were gonna hold a little longer. That seems to be the consensus. I was afraid that I got bad springs or something. Could that be the case or just the shocks?

Nah..If you bought new H&R springs I'm pretty sure its your shocks. They pretty much persorm similarly to Eibachs as so I'm told buy my friends shop. That was my second option if I didn't get the Eibachs

your rubbing a little...don't worry about it...the fenders will roll themselves in the back...I had the same problem and they rolled themselves......I am on a H&R race drop....with 215/40/17 and a +45 offset.

just let it rub and it will roll itself
