Need suggestions for shock spring combination for my 92 lude.
Don't want to lower it much and want to maintain the smoothest ride possible. Reliability and longevitiy is a must. Is stock the best way to go?

I just installed H&R sports with tokico illumina shocks. VERY smooth. I was actually hoping for something a bit more stiff. The drop is just barely noticable. No ground clearance issues. Handles awsome. They are progressive springs so they start off soft but as the compress the get stiffer. Thats why the ride is so smooth but it still handles great. And thats with the shocks set to 5(stiff). For everyday driving it feels just like stock. But when you go to take an exit ramp at 80 mph the suspension is there to back you up.

eibach pro kit on koni yellows...pricey but a nice combo...around 1 3/4 drop. lifetime warranty on struts and 1,000,000 miles on springs...so reliability and longevity are top

that's a half inch more drop than the eibach kit. so...yeah...a half inch lower does make a difference. struts don't affect how much the car drops...they damp compression and rebound cycles...also why they are referred to as dampers. basically tokico illuminas or konis...stay away from the KYB agx...I've put them on a few vehicles, and while they are a cheap alternative, they don't hold up as well, or in my opinion, offer anywhere near as nice a ride.
and the eibach pro kit is fairly unmatched as far as a small drop with a nice progressive rate spring...I have H&Rs and they ride pretty well on my 5th gen on koni yellows...

Question....are you going to be using camber kits front and rear on a 4 g lude setup with Koni yellow and H and R sport springs. I have gotten conflicting information on this over time - anybody want to chime in on this?
