Here we go again, so who plans to attend the NOPI Nationals and be a part of the 2007 Super Street Tour in Birmingham. Last year we had a tour that started in West Monroe La, and traveled to Birmingham Alabama. It started with a huge car show at Hooters in West Monroe. We kept the same itinerary as the superstreet tour did in 2004. The guys in Monroe (4Play Racing) are willing to kickoff a tour to Atlanta and meet up with SuperStreet/Elite in Birmingham at Spec Clutch in Bessemer AL on thursday afternoon.
