Question 2004 Pilot oil light

Mother in-law has a 04 Pilot and her oil light flashes. Taken to honda dealer and diagnostic was ran, and they said there was no codes showing and could not find a problem. Anyone else had this issue ever? Has to be something I would think. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

First I would check that you have the proper amount of oil in the crankcase. Next, are you having any problems starting the car? Sometimes the oil light can be related to a faulty battery, alternator, or electrical connection. Finally, was it sitting for a long time? They can sometimes build up a bit of moisture which will flip the oil light.

Just because the codes came back clean doesn't mean that they shouldn't take a closer look at it. If they're not competent at that dealership, try taking it to another nearby honda dealership, or to a competent mechanic.

yeah, double check the oil, make sure it has beenc hanged within the last 3 months of 3K miles. it could be a faulty sensor that needs to be replaced.
