my mom wants a 2009 pilot good idea??

hi my mom wants to trade her tahoe in on a new 2009 pilot EX-L i like the new look but dont know if she should get it or a leftover 2008 model they cut us a pretty good deal msrp was 36,000 and we got em down to 32,000 i fugure thats real good for a new one but they want to move the 2008's so we can got one of them cheap too...anyways what model is better and what changes were made if any besides body??? any info would help make a decision
