The right rear strut started leaking on our 05 Pilot, as I could see the oil that was in it on our garage floor. Only had under 16K miles on it. I took it to the dealer to get the engine oil changed and they replaced the strut under warranty. Anyone else had any of their struts go out prematurely by chance?
i used to see maybe....5 a month on the pilots go bad. all were warranty though. the odyssey has the same style, but only one or two every few months.
01-05 civic have front struts go bad. every single civic that comes in you can get for front struts if they haven't been done-it's a garranteed leak, hehe. you can also get lower control arm compliant bushings(usually 60k plus) and an alignment out of it. this civic is honda GM that you can actually make money on.
