i'm surprised honda did better than acura, even though acura is the upper division of honda
From what I heard, Acura provides much faster service when they have problems, where honda repairs do take longer. Also with Acura you get an RSX loaner car from some dealers, which is sweet. Which must be why they're sending their cars into the shop so often. j/k
