Honda peeps have being driving unbadged version around the neighborhood of Honda HQ for awhile now. They most definitely look larger then the previous TSX. Just my opinion, but I like the way they look alot. I've seen 3+ people in them and from behind it seems pretty roomy w/ a lot of headroom.
That grill just looks terrible. For some reason Turbo Teen popped in my head after seeing the first pic from that link. Maybe I'm just partial to the current model, but this new one just doesn't look right. At some angles it reminds me of a Camry and others a Sonata. Glad I didn't wait for this release when I traded in my WRX. Hopefully the new power plant will be its redeeming feature. I was hoping for better lines and no increased size
The grille isn't so bad, IMO, only because it doesn't take long for better looking aftermarket grille assembly to become available. My only issue with this car are the headlights. They look like the Si lamps but, the Si seems to pull the look off a little better.
Of course, with a refresh most likely slated for the 2009 model year,
the American Civic may get new eyes as it's been done the past 2 generations.

This is the first thing that I noticed too. They look very similar to the civic headlamps, but the size of the car and the lines of the TSX don't seem to work as well with them.

forget tha looks, the performance is wut's gonna suck....a car that big should not have a rated 201hp/175lb tq...i mean i kno its a luxury family car but a car that big should not have that low of power....i mean even the new DX Accord's have a higher output of power

ironically, it's not even SUPPOSED to be a luxury car...
everywhere else in the world, this is the ACCORD... the usdm accord we have here is supposed to be the upmarket INSPIRE...
other than that, the design looks confused to me...
there are lots of straight, flat, edgy lines, contrasting with round, curvy ones...
and i don't like the fact the car is getting bigger just for the sake of getting bigger... that means heavier... i thought my current tsx is adequeately powered... not like the power-hungry-knows-no-ends masses around me...

Well Like all new Honda's coming out.... i ALWAYS think they look ugly for the first few months.... then they start to grow on me as time goes on.... I think the same will be true for this new TSX

Styling wise, I kinda like it... It takes many cues from the current generation TSX but bigger. I don't know, perhaps I'm just too open for any new designs, but I don't see anything wrong visually about the car and that grill, well it's something, but I don't dislike it. The grill gives a unique look to Acura, just like the much debated Subaru family grill (although changed now), and that I don't dislike either.
