Factory Roof Rack, 2001 CRV

Is it possible to remove the factory installed roof rack from my 2001 CRV without damaging the vehicle?
If so, how can I accomplish this?

Thats' a little bit hard to do on your own especially if it's the first time. You can replace those roof rack but be careful and be sure you already got a part that you will install after. You can put an automatic roof rack, that's cool for SUV's and trucks and be sure you have some taylor cable battery box for the evenly distribution of power for the parts and for protection too.
