1-insert key into ignition, do not turn.
2-look at the display where the speedo/tach are. press and hold the button that says 'select/reset'.
3-turn key to run but do not start.
4-wait 5-10 seconds, light will flash once or twice. release. start car, light my flash once or twice more, then go out.
if that doesnt work, reverse steps 2 and 3 and retry.
that is all.
