if u ask dealership about it, they will tell u same thing. once my battery died and i took my car to a dealership, and i did same thing ans didn't work out. they said they could have their mechanics to pull out the radio and have to code for me. and they said it was gonna be $89 before tax.

so i came back home, i pulled the radio out myself (never though it would be that easy

), called the dealership, gave them the s/n of my radio, and i got the code. now i have aftermarket so don't have to worry about it

either give me the serial number and i'll look up your code or call your dealer and give them the serial number and have them look it up. hopefully they'll be nice and do it for free. otherwise, i'll look it up.
the honda network is only online on weekdays though, so you'll have to wait until monday for me to look up your code.

oh, the serial number is unique to your radio, no harm in posting the serial number.
