Urgently Need Help

I have a 2006 Honda CRV and is currently not fun as i can't seem to get the radio working. My A/C technician was suppose to check the noise coming from the compressor and for some reason removed the battery terminals. I understand i need a code to reset it but i don't have it. I also read that i can obtain the code if i have the serial number of the radio. i have obtained the serial number but i do not have any honda dealership to ask locally here in Africa.

the serial number is 10007121. Can anyone help me?

Does your V have a manual? Sometimes the code is written in there. The code came with the car, might be in some of the other paperwork if you can find it.

Otherwise you will have to ask the question farther afield, then. Where was the car first purchased? Can you call that dealership or a distributor of Honda automobiles in your part of the world?

In the USA they try to screen the requesters of the information to discourage theft.

I would try to find a Honda dealer online and email them. If they won't help because of regulations and such, take it to a local mechanic. Sometimnes they are helpful when this situation arises. Good Luck!!
