Planning to buy a RSX or TL, which one is better to race?

I actually have an Accord 95, and I'm planning to buy a RSX or TL
which one is better to race?
I know that RSX is 4 cilinders and TL is 6
but I can uplaod RSX with someturbo or headers, etc.

I was looking in forums and some of them said that RSX can win in a race against TL, but could that posible that a 4 cilinders could win against 6 ciliders car???

Help me to decide which to buy

Exactly. Definitely race the RSX. The TL is more of a "cruise comfortably" car.

Go in between and get a TSX. Though, an RSX would be faster.

I had a '02 RSX-S and sure was fun to ride, but I know my '05 TL is way faster on straightaways and comfortable.....

I love my TL, but im plannin on an RSX Type-S after high school

TL has far lower gas mileage, but it is more comfy

I look at it this way...
RSX/RSX Type-S are Sport Coupes whereas the TL is more of a Luxury Sedan.
Translation... RSX = Track car ; TL = Pimpmobile.

the RSX is lighter too, the type-S has definitely has some balls. the tranny in that thing is perfect, you have power from 3k+ in every gear

RSX is lighter weight by far. Thats the most important thing with any kind of racing.

Boy do u have some reading and research to do. Please dont look at the amount of cylinders to determine how fast a car is.
My opinion.....neither car is great to race. Theyre both front drivers. Get yourself and all or rear wheel drive car if u want to drag.
BTW....my 05 TL 6 speed is faster than an RSX type-s easily even with the extra weight.
My turbo accord does blow the doors off my TL tho!........but ill never build another front wheel drive car again. Too hard to put the power down.
Traction ownz u!
