I think that the tl's Hid projectors would be a good choice due to the accord having high and low beams on the same bulb. The TL's projector is a bi-xenon projector that would allow you to have high and low hid lighting. check out hidplanet.com if you have further questions.

Actually, 2003+ Accords have seperate high and low beam bulbs.

Yes they will work. If I can get them to work in my Prelude, you should beable to get them to work in your car

I have a question, does the CL-S plasma bulbs fit on a 99 Accord? Or are they HIDs?
