troubleshoot...

i have a 96 acura tl 2.5 and here is the problem... the everytime i start up the car it will start right up but then cuts off and dies... anyone know whats going on or where to check...

SIR3099 is an unknown quantity at this point
When is the last time you did a tune up?

Plugs
Wires
PCV valve
fuel filter

Check if your getting consistant spark as well and proper fuel (Check for fuel pressure).

Worst come to worst check your coil/distributer wires that lead back to the ECU and see any of them are shorted etc.
