where is the stock amp in a 00 TL

where is the stock amp in a 00 TL. also, is there a secret place inside the car where i can find my "audio code". i dont fell like paying the dealership $90.

I believe that the amp is under the rear seat from what my catalog shows..

and for the radio code just get me the serial number or the radio and i can get you the code no problem
