aarrggghh help! tranny on 2.3cl is gone!

i just had a question, will the tranny out of a 96 accord with a F22b1 auto swap into my cl? i'm a datsun guy so i have no clue. any help will be appreciated.

you are my hero, except for the fact that last night on the way home from graduation i was in a wreck and i'm about 100% sure my cars totaled. too bad cause cause i really liked that car as a daily driver, well at least until i finish my '77 datsun 280z.
