Running lights not working

My running lights quit working. I had a light out and replaced the bulb and they have not been working. I know all of them work because when I hit the factory alarm all the lights flash. They told me to check the relay and it is working and I slaved in a light switch and it worked. Are there any other fuses other than whats under the hood? I don't actually see a light fuse for the running lights. My dash lights don't work either. Thanks for any help!

Did you check the fuses under your dash panel?

I'm having the exact same problem with my TL, and I cant figure it out either, I thought it had to do with my aftermarket alarm because my lights flash when I hit the alarm key too. I checked all the fuses/bulbs and alarm fuses. I'm affraid it may just be the main switch by the steering wheel.
