specs on 3.0 CL ?

does any one have any specs on a 99-00 3.0 CL. this will prob. be my next car....they are running really cheap right now ath the dealer auction....I think they have something like 2oo hp. I am guessing mid 15's in the 1/4 with a 0-60 prob about 7.5 sec. ..Am i close ....can any body tell me anything else about these cars?

200hp and 195lbs torque (they dyno 150hp to the wheels stock)
1/4 mile stock 15.7-16.0

great car, the only thing i would tell you about this car is the trans sucks... if you not going to mod it and it's just going to be your daily drive GO FOR IT...
