EB Games has the Limited Edition version as being a bigger seller then the regular version.
I bought the LE edition, but I'm just a bit curious to see what other early purchasers picked up.  |

I got the el-cheapo version. I've spent WAY too much on video games lately and couldn't bring myself to spend another 80-90 on another LE. If I want the soundtrack, I'll get hold of it later. Gamestop was REALLY pushing the LE in my area though. Everytime someone would pre-order the standard version, they would guilt the person into ordering the LE.
'you're just getting the standard edition? Come on, man. The LE is such a better value! The soundtrack by itself is worth 30$.' It was pretty rediculous.

The sound track is good, but it's not worth the cash. The making of, however, is fucking win all over your face. It's worth the $30 for sure (plus the bad ass art work).
I got the LE edition, and two LE strat guides, one to open, one to read.
For those who want the sound track, order the full thing, it's two discs, about 40 tracks. The one at Gamestop was only 16. SO glad I got the real thing as well.

I got the LE boxset, but the regular guide. I haven't opened the 2nd B-R disc yet, but I will do so tonight.

Wow... so it isn't the FULL soundtrack like they implied. The OST would have been the only reason I would have spent the extra cash for the LE so, I'm glad I stuck to my guns on that one.

The "Making Of" feature is about an hour and 45 Minutes I think. It's worth the $30, plus the sound track. I think it was worth the price of admission, lol.
But, I'm also a huge Metal Gear nut. |

As for the LE, it's a great value to someone who's a HUGE fan of MGS like tha_con. I haven't even played Snake Eater :-p. I know I know... I need to. I own it(used for 6$ woo!) but, haven't played it yet.

Well, I had $35 in store credit at Gamestop, sooo...yea.
Really, I only bought two because I learned that there were only 40K produced and distributed to the United States (and it is ONLY available in the United States).
Honestly, I would have bought one of the MGS4 watches that went on sale for 99 pounds in the UK (I guess that's like, $200 in the all powerful US dollar).
