I'll start. Going through for a second time, at the Raging Raven fight. At first, this was probably one of the toughest fights for me, but then I started using my camo and more steatlh to my advantage, and it was very very easy (just required some elegant use of the Mosin Nagant).

I'm dreading Act 4 though...it's going to be so hard to get through with zero alerts...

Raven was really easy for me on this first go round. I ran to the top of the building, stayed in one of the corners of the top room, and would engage Raven w/ my M4 whenever she'd hover in front of my window.

I had a bunch of Drebin Points so I think I used a bunch of them to buy an additional 12 and then 14 magazines. W/o any ammo worries, Raging Raven was the proverbial "sitting duck".

Ahhh, I see. I never 'kill' the bosses, I always use non-lethal weapons (the MK22, Mosin-Nagant, Stun Grenades, etc).

That song that Sunny keeps singing is catchy as heck. I found myself trying to whistle it as I played the game. So when I got to Act 3 and the resistance guy was whistling it I started cracking up.

I'm working on a fucking amazing MGS4 theme for PS3, if I must say so myself. FUCKING AMAZING LADIES AND GENTLEMAN!

Did you buy the LE guide? I bought the normal one since they'd run out of the LE copies.

I want to play through the game at least once before I take the wrapper off. I can't wait because there's a ton of stuff I don't understand right now and would like to know what/when/how/why.

BTW: That's the Boss' grave Solid is at in the beginning credits?

Or is it somebody elses?

I'm still working on my first play through. I found Raging Raven to be pretty tough, personally but, Crying Wolf was the hardest one so far. That grenade launcher came in handy for that fight. I think that's where I stopped last. This game is such an insane amount of awesome. I still can't believe my friend isn't getting it with a PS3 just because, Sony didn't put more 80GB bundles out there. He claims that Sony lost his business because of that move. He'll crack though. He can't hear the hype much longer without cracking under the pressure.

Sony put out a decent amount, it was just in high demand. The bundle isn't discontinued, he'll be able to get one soon. If he really wanted to have one, he could have waited in line, sounds like an excuse to me, lol.

Wolf was pretty easy for me.

1st time I ran directly under the truck and it took me about 15 minutes to figure out that the frogs regenerate. I got bored and just ran out and kept running until the killed me. 2nd time I ran to the righthand side cliffs and kept running again. I was still bored and wanted to check things out.

3rd time I ran up a tower and went prone. I could cover 2 sides of the building and the ladder w/o great fear of being attacked. I could heal up and charge my battery w/o worry. Again w/ the right amount DP's ammo is no problem either. I took over an hour but I tamed the Wolf.

Anybody else notice the wolves that come out have little hearts coming from them when they approach Snake?

Screw Vamp!

After 5 tries I broke down and asked a friend for help. I got around my "don't read the guidebook" pledge, but I know I still got help.

I had tried using the tranqs, RPG, etc. on him and couldn't figure out to kill him. After watching him rise again for the 3rd or 4th time each go around, it was pretty disheartening.

No way in 100 years would I have been able to find the way to beat him on my own. That was a hard one.

I beat Wolf in about 15 minutes, lol. Mosin Nagant + MK22 > * Plus, sleeping enemies don't respawn

The wolves...are the same ones from MGS1!

I'm on Outer Haven. I fought Psycho one time but couldn't figure out how to damage her. Being that I wasn't in the greatest of moods after the Lakers got smashed, I shut the game down for the evening after that first attempt.

For those of you that watched Mission Briefing led by Mei Ling, didn't you find that funny as heck? That one had me chuckling.

Don't tell me that Johnny wasn't thinking and doing the same things you were.

Kojima Productions must be butt guys. It's a running theme in the series, no doubt.

SPOILERS FOR SCREAMING MANTIS FIGHT

The only thing I'll tell you about Screaming Mantis is....pay attention to how she controlls people, and relate that to her, she may be carrying something you need.
