The new store will be embeded into the XMB, no more web based browsing. Images will be cached in a dedicated cache for faster browsing! Looks like Content may be easier to find now as well. Good stuff! Looks like the Singstore.

Well... I'm gonna be happy about this because the old store was hardly navigable. Finding older content is difficult. I wish they'd hurry up and give us HOME though. That would be much more awesome.
