After a certain date, yes, but they are not forcing developers already late in development to implement them.
Sometime around early 2009 it should be in every game releasing.

You should have picked up PJM when it was on sale, it's getting trophies.
Pixel Junk Eden is really cool too, you should download the demo. It's like a platformer...evolved.

Hey no problem man, glad to help out If you want to get online sometime, I can try to help you run through some of the online only trophies. Right now I'm blowing through most of the standard ones, got the license ones left and some billboards I think, then I have to drive 750 miles and get those licenses...and I think some other off the wall ones.

thanks but i just don't know what is going on. like i said when i check 2 see who in my friends list is online(easydrive)it freezes
i don't see how we can get it done i got to license a so far and got 45 trophies so far.
