its been 2 months since i sent him a money order for a integra tranny.always giving me the run around oh it takes this long for the money order to clear.Now he tells me the people that he so called shipped my item through is tryin to track the package.this person is so full of it so beware of this yoyo
I'am another victim to this guy. I did not read in this thread until after doing buisness with him. I sent him a money order for a p28 ECU with Hondata s300 installed, he sent it on 4/2/07 and didnt give me a tracking number until 4/6/07 and I tracked it and it said it was delivered on 4/4/07 and I never recieved anything. so he said the post office must have lost the package and that there was no insurance on the package and he didnt set it up to where someone would have to sign for it when they droped it off. So I contacted the
post office and they said it was delivered to an address on the opposite side of town from where I am and that he must have put the wrong address or sent it there on purpose because there were no address's close to mine in that area. So now he isnt replying to my responses, and now its going to turn into a big deal. I just dont know why people can't do buisness the right way.

Yeah , because people are tools because they want the products they paid for. You know the FBI is looking into this sort of fraud much more closely and they do stuff. You might not even know it but you could be getting reported. Its quite easy , in fact there are online forms that work quite well.
Get enough of them and mib shows up at your door with some cuffs.

He keeps telling me that the post office lost his package and if he refunds my money then he's getting screwed. Its not my problem, I paid for an item and never recieved it, so I want a refund. He only lives 4hrs away from me so I have no problem going to court over this because $400 is alot of money to me and I need it back.

I asked you for the tracking number and you didnt give it to me until 4/6/07 and the item was shipped 4/4/07 to another address. I contacted the post office and they said the item was sent to city14 and where I said it was supposed to go is in city30. Also there is no 3420 in that area and the postal employee would have never scanned it and dropped it off at a nonexistant address. When you show me proof that you mailed it to my address then I will believe you, and it is on you because I ordered an item and never recieved it, so I want a refund you fraud. If you dont want to just refund my money Im coming after you in court, my dad always goes to IN to buy cars at the auction, so its not a problem, and with this nice thread of other people reporting you as a fraud I think I will have no problem with winning.
