whoa was he trying to sell you the b16a2 head too? if he did that bastard. I told him i'll Paypal him rather then send Money Order on the last day. Since then i haven't heard from him or anything.

Do you think we could setup a Trader Rating like in some other forums to show if he's a legit seller something like ebay with feedbacks.

ok. i told him that i would help him out as much as i can. honda06racer sold me a turbo for 130 and i sent him the money a few weeks later he p.m.ed me and told me that i needed to file a claim with paypal, and that when i did he would refund my money and that is exactly what i did. i filed a claim and the next day he refunded my money. so perhaps this is just one big cluster fuck

You do not need to file a claim in order to get a refund issued. All he has to do is go into the Details page of your transaction and there is a button for refunding the payment, he can issue full or partial refunds to anyone who used PayPal.

I don't know why he would have you file a claim it only makes him look bad. Or he's using you to improve his credibility, because now you can tell others it was just some misunderstanding. But he still owes others higher amounts and tried to sell the same parts to multiple people.

hey
my account was limited because i was signing on paypal at my friends house so they thought it was wierd..... and still to nothing has been resoved...

paypalsucks.com.............. i had alot of money in there transfers from my bank and there wasent anything i could do.... coulnt send money or request it so all i can do is refund so thats what i been doing.... sorry everyone
