i have the 04 element and the automatic trans fluid is due for a change. does n e 1 know if it is a drain and fill or pan gasket and filter change? thanx for n e or all info.

ok i found the info, pull the pan,change gasket, no filter with a fluid change. honda dealer here local does it for $53

All Hondas are drain and fill. You must use Genuine Honda transmission fluid, especially if it's an automatic. You cannot flush a Honda transmission, at least, not one I've ever serviced in the 15 years I've been working in the auto service business. Take care, Have Fun!
