that's how most insurance is. in WV you are on high risk if you go even a day without insurance. expample if you switch carriers and you let 24 hours go by you instantly get rated at high risk even if you are 40 years old

i was in a bad accident in feb.. to make a long story short, i was hospitalized for 8 days with a fractured pelvis, and over $97,000 later, my insurance company paid the first 50k, but my friends (whose car i was in) is trying to squeeze out of the rest of the bill which is 47k and still on going. so yeah, they are all lies and cheats even with lawyers involved. |
