pulled tendon in my leg

i think i pulled a tendon in my right let... the tendon is on my outter/lower side of my leg... when i sit on the ground and stretch for my toes i can feel it tighten up and it starts to hurt... has anyone ever had this problem?

may be a muscle too.....either way, stretching probably isn't a good idea, pain is there for a reason.....rest and heat/cold is probably best......

dont think its the muscle... if you sit in a chair and put you leg at 90* and feel the underside of you knee.. there should be a tendon you can feel on the outter most side... thats what im talking about

could be bruised too......doubt that one is stretched though because it would take some pretty serious knee trauma....hyperextension to the front or side maybe.........but either way, hot/cold and rest........see what that does for a few days.....done anything to it lately

if you have access to a hot tub, try that out. I know that when my muscles are sore it helps. But dont know about tendons
