Well, I was driving along on Route 45 (main road in my town, with a 45 mph speed limit) to run some errands at about 1:30 this afternoon (11/10) and this fucking asshole motherfucking piece of shit ******, well, actually russian or some shit T-eed me, not even at an intersection. He gave his report to the police, and said that his van was not even on, his friend was pushing him while he was in neutral.
Any idiot knows that if you don't have the ignition on, that the brake booster doesnt work. he saw me but couldnt stop when he hit the brake. before he went into me I thought that he was pulling up to the road out of a parking lot to see if traffic was clear. nothing in my power that I could have done to avoid this one.
I saw the smirk on both of the police officers faces when this guy gave his side of the story, both cops wanted to tell him what a jackass he was, but of course could not.
Anyways, I was going about 45 mph (typical speed limit for this road) and he plowed into me as you can see and pushed me into the lane of oncoming traffic. I am lucky that no oncoming cars were there otherwise it would have been pretty messy. I got checked out at the hospital just to be sure, I am fine, but my car is not.. The passenger side door is pushed in pretty far, its almost touching the passenger seat. I really hope that they dont total it. I will have to take the car back and probably part it out if they do and I would be fucking pissed to no end if that happens. Funny thing is that this guy has the same insurance company as I do.. go figure.
