anime download spots?

I have been downloading mostly from narutocentral for a while and now I need to broaden my collection a little. well I need to redownload everything I lost when the hard drive was accidentally reformatted, over 100gb lost(only 1 or 2 series of which I hadn't watched). well I'm starting over and downloading more than before. I would like to stay away from bit torrent sites. I found one that has a shit load of different series on it and was wondering if you guys knnow about it, its called animeEDEN. most sites I find let you download from it for like $5 a month I don't mind so much since I can download alot in a month, but free would be better.
