Chinese cartoon?

Hey guys, I'm guess this is where to ask the question, Anyone know the title to a chinese cartoon where there's a tall skinny man, and a short fat man, both wearing manchurian clothing? Neither speak much, and it's kinda like a chinese version of Mr. Bean, where it's the stupid things that they do that makes the cartoon funny. It was popular in the '80's

Also, anyone know where I can find this exactly in the GTA. Please don't say Pac mall, unless if you know the exact store that sells it. My chinese sucks so when I ask in english, even before I say the second word of my sentence, they already say "I doe no". And google isn't giving me much of a reply either.
