Ive been watching Ruroni Kenshin lately. I just finished up ep 11. and you know, Im bored. I pretty much have assumed what the rest of the series will be like. but the funny thing is that I bet I wouldve loved this series a few years ago. as I get older my tastes are changing. the plot is too simple and straight forward. Im not saying its a bad series (AniDB rates it 8.35/10), but it doesnt suit my new tastes.

i found a use for Ruroni Kenshin last night. I was all drunk and wanted to watch something that had cheesy action and comedy. didnt want anything that had a complex story. then it came to me. BAM! so i watched a few more eps in a drunken stuper last night

He's not Japanese, he was referring to the languages he can speak. He's capable of speaking English, can probably curse and ask for a beer in Spanish and has heard his girl moan in Japanese in bed

I can promise you it is a good series, hilarious. It's got a lot of older humor and stupid laughs, I enjoyed it a lot.

i got to the 3rd episode and it's okay, not that funny and i kind stopped. Maybe i should dig it back up and watch it again. I like the reactions and the mom is pretty hot for a jungle woman

When you get into the later ep's w/the doc and more Guu action, it's entertaining. Though, "story" is pretty much nothing.
Apparently there's like 3 seasons? I haven't seen them all.
