My 1995 Acura integra will not prime engine when ignition is on. ?
It is NOT my relay, nor my fule pump, nor my dizzy, nor my ignition switch, nor timing nor the belt. Once waiting over 20 minutes at one time, once the engine is primed by the fule pump the car starts up fine? What is it!
I replaced all those things, so I know it isnt any of them. The car isn't priming when it is cold, or raining really badly! Please help me.
