Honda accord 2002 dx 2.3 liter

Hello all. The name is josh and I own a Honda accord 2002 dx.

Okay, 3 months back, my brother gave me his car because he got tired of fixing it. Apparently, he said it never broke down on him, which is a lie, then it broke down on me twice. The first time it broke down on me was because the grounds wire wasn't tightened. Now, the second time, it turned off while I was approaching a stop sign. Ever since that occurred, the car would make a clicking sound only when I would put the car to the on position.
For the 3 past months I have replaced over seven parts of the car. Now, the car starts, but only when putting gas full throttle.

I replaced the following:
Starter
Crankshaft position sensor
Main relay
Circuits
Timing belt ( car was over 100,000 miles)
Fan belt
Distributor
Gas pump
Throttle position sensor (TPS)
Manifold absolute pressure sensor (MAP)
Air idle control valve sensor (AIC)
Ground wires
Tubes

I also tried putting in dry gas in the fuel pump to clean out anything dirty overtime.
Also, whenever I would spray idle air cleaner in the intake, RPMS would pass 3000
Car only starts when I put gas all the way down, but it can't pass 3000 RPMS

Honestly, I don't know what else to do. What could be the problem? My car knowledge is limited. Please, help.
