I was talking about him not running the joker over with the bike bike. And when he hits people with his upgraded brick hands, that too is no different than hitting someone in the head with a hammer, when you are bat man.
I'm just saying the theme of not killing people is silly when he fucks people up all the time, he will torture criminals but won't kill them?  Yea Batman is a conflicted, contradiction of a man.

Yea, it's funny because really he tortures himself by not just killing people. Who is to say his parents weren't killed by criminals who had been caught and released numerous times.
To be clear, I understand the "theme" of batman and anti heroes and all that shit, and if it were not for these contradictions and conflicts of conscious, there would be no story.
At least the fucking joker knows his intentions and why he is doing shit, just because he can.

So Batman can take wanted furgitives across national boundaries (the guy from HK), torture already detained people for information (Joker), spy on population masses without a court order (peeps of Gotham using cellphones), etc.

BTW: Who thought the sfx work on Two Face was pretty incredible?
I was pretty mesmerized by the transition between each side of his face. Much better then Tommy Lee Jones (I think he was the last 2F). |

Ok Batman probably did not kill Two-Face in that when he fell down he probably tried to catch him and he couldn't. Plus we dont know if two face is dead yet, cause harvey dent is... O as for Maggie I think she is fine being in the movie they should have just had her there in the first place. And yea batman should have used his bat stars to take out Harvey gun.
As for killing people, if he does so he would become a murderer and he would cross that line as a criminal. Batman is no Punisher, he will do whatever it takes to get what he wants from people. Also in the beginning of the movie with scarecrow brings up a point where they have civilians dressing up in bat suits trying to be heroes and its ok for Bruce Wayne to do so??? That actually can go for many superheroes ala Iron Man.
