00 troubles

1. Over the last 8 mos. check engine light has come on twice, mechanic has checked black box & got NO codes so he just resets. Anyone had these probs.? Now with NY's new inspection laws ....will this show up @ insp. time?
2. Also recently on rare occasions, after car has been out and then parked for awhile it won't start or turn over. Found out that by rocking car alittle it starts right up and runs fine until it happens again 3 to 4 mos. later. Any ideas? This is for a 2000 accord V6 coupe AT. Thanks

replace your main relay

that is the fix for your second problem. happened to me all last summer, replaced it before this summer, whalla.
