I have to agree, around were I live I have only seen about 2 Type S here, lots of base models though, I geuss it depends on were you live! as for me I obviosly like the type S better, but then again I just bought one. I like what iquark said, thats a good point about the two cars!

the accord V6 6MT does 0-60 in 5.9 according to car and driver and i believe the RSX Type-S is around 6.5

Yo, Honda is putting out a factory performance suspension kit for the AV6. It will lower the car approximately 1 inch and Improve handling. RSX will never be able to compete.
Dude Honda Factory Performance (HFP) has suspension for the RSX too dude!!
