1999 V6 2dr accord randomly cuts off while driving, wont start for couple tries

This is for my daily 99 accord 2dr V6 auto, car runs and drives good... until the first problem, the car would randomly cut off when driving.. even at high rpms. Has good battery power, doesnt run rough, nothing. Now added to that, most of the time when i cut it off, it wont restart, itll just crank fine, fire up, and die fast. Even if i give gas, nothing. After about 2-4 tries it fires up and runs like a dream. CEL was on and scanned it, TPS and maybe IAT. Replaced both also replaced coolant temp and thermal vavle sensors and was running good, havent seen it cut off yet, but still does the no start thing. Car is bone stock, around 100k miles. Connectors and wiring look good to those sensors. Any ideas??
