96 accord brake question

i just got through replacing the rear pads on my 96 accord V-6 w/ disk brakes. Every thing was fine before I replaced them. honda told me last week I had 1m on one side and 2 on other. So i went ahead and replaced them tonight. Shoes are Morse Ceremics from Autozone.

My question is now, my break pedal bottoms out under agrressive braking. I drove it a few miles just doing normal stop and go driving. Backed up a couple of times, and used the E brake not hard, but to just pulled in while parked or moving less than 5 mph to try and get the calipers and pads to tighten back up.

How long should it take for my calipers and pads to tighten back up around the disk.

Do I need to bleed the brakes. Any help will greatly be appreciated.
thanks
