mobile 1 5W30 full synthetic with a Honda Oil Filter.
i would also do a transmission flush. buy the tranny fluid from Honda.
I think its 4.5 Quarts and not 5 quarts.
Also don't do a tranny flush! just do a fluid change.

IIRC, it is 4.7 quarts with filter. I do about 5 quarts. I recommend using Pennzoil Synthetic or for dino Valvoline High mileage oil 5w-30. You can get oil at walmart for cheap. For oil filter, i recommend NAPA gold oil filter at your local napa store. They are made by Wix and the quality is very good.
