Who would win? The i4 has intake, headers, exhaust, plugs, wires, and its a stick. Some say v6 some say i4. I don't know. The i4 driver, lets say he is an average driver. Some people also say that the i4 with those mods should run 15.4 1/4 mile. True?
I think if the if the i4 driver is good, he'd over take the stock v6 pertty easily because by the time both cars reach high speeds, the i4 might already have such a big lead no way the v6 will catch up unless they are racing on the freeway.
LudeAction, I think its more close to 155 hp for the AV6 at wheels
compared to 130 hp for the i4.. and then add on the weight difference ( 400 lbs?) and then add a manual transmission on top thank you.

'bout 17 or so? LOL
I've read that some really skilled drivers have got 16.5s on those AI4s, not sure whether that is true or not... It only weighs a hundred or so less, depending on trim, and it has quite a bit less horsepower AND torque... so less maximum force and it takes longer to get there. But don't get me started about horsepower and torque.

I'm having a long drawn-out argument with this dude who is trying to convince me that an Accord would be faster with a 2.2L 'Lude engine and transmission than it is with its own native 3.0L engine and standard slushbox... Apparently horsepower is king and torque is just sort of, you know, a number they throw in there for some reason...

The V6's bone stock on a fairly decent night run low 16's on a great night you might be able to pull of a 15.9, maybe. If your i4 is running mid 15's you'll beat the V6 without a problem. Put a quarter of the mods the i4 has into the V6 and it would smoke the i4.
