Unhappy driver side power seat

driver seat will not adjust up or back. the back of seat adjustment sill works. any idea what could be the problem?

seat motor is dead. replace it.

go to a junkyard and find a seat just like yours take it and just switch them out.
or
go to the dealership and hope and pray its still under warranty.
