Horn Issue

Hello! Wondering if someone could help with a horn issue on 2004 Accord. I can't honk my horn. I can hear clicking like the relay is working. Then I can hold down the steering wheel while someone else taps on the individual horns and they will sound. I just can't honk my horn. Is this a relay issue or voltage issue or something completely different? And I'm unable to find the relay in my car. Does anyone know where I can find it? I'm not a mechanic but this tenacious girl is trying to fix it in the hopes to save a little $$ over Christmas. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Do you mean someone is under the hood of your car tapping it is when it sounds?

If so it sounds like there is something loose inside the horn. Try removing it, cleaning all the connections and putting it back in.

Yes, that is correct on someone is tapping the horn when it sounds. We did take it apart last night and didn't see any loose parts but did try to clean it though it didn't appear unclean. We will try it again though just to double check. Thank you so much for your advice/help! It's greatly appreciated!

just pop down to your local scrappy and get another buddy , should be cheap enough, sounds like you will need a new horn as my one did the same and i installed a set of a vw golf!! works great now. best of luck.
