RPM bog when starting warm car - Oil Pressure Sensor

I'm having an annoying issue with my RPMs bogging down right after I start my car when the engine is already warm. It only bogs down for like 3 seconds and then it goes back up - it doesn't seem to effect the driving performance at all, but it still REALLY annoying

I found an older thread where someone said it was the oil pressure sensor above the oil filter - is this a possibility?

Thanks for the reply -

It only happens AFTER I have driven my car a while and I shut off the car and then start it. It doesn't happen in the morning or if I let me car sit and cool a while. So I would assume it has something to do with the oil being warm or something like that

I just checked my spark plugs and wires about a week ago and they look brand new - Air filter is a K&N box filter with <15,000 miles. The AC is not running, I barely ever use it.

Another reason I think it may be the oil is when I start the car the red "oil" light on the dash flashes for a second when the car is turning over - is this normal? Also - as soon as I put the car in gear or hit the gas the bogging RPMs go pack up and stay there?!

Oil is Valvoline Max life 5w-30 (oil level is exactly in the middle of the dipstick markers)
Filter is WIX performance

(I change the oil every 3500 miles)
